How Does Hypnotherapy Work?

How does Hypnotherapy work?

Hypnotherapy works

hypnotherapy works… by changing our subconscious mind, which is often called our mental blueprint; it does so in such a way that the critical factor is bypassed, while the creative part of the mind is made more alert.

The conscious control, or critical factor of the mind is inhibited, and the subconscious mind awoken.  The conscious mind thinks that it is in charge, and it’s not; the unconscious / subconscious mind is!

Allow me to give you an example:

A client who clearly wants to overcome their fear of dogs can try everything they consciously can to get over it, but they will on most occasions fail as long as their unconscious / subconscious mind remembers this terror and stops the client from achieving their goal.

The goal can be achieved by reprogramming the subconscious, the blueprint changed and accomplishment achieved!

… by bypassing the critical factor and sending a message, (much like posting a letter!) to the brain!

What happens during hypnotherapy?

Good question! As a person who understands brainwaves, hypnotherapy and as one who meditates, I am happy to tell you this:

Here is the equation for all human quantum change (& how hypnotherapy works):

Your Vibration (or your electrical brainwave state – specifically alpha, theta or delta whilst in full consciousness) + Positive Suggestion

= Manifestation or Quantum Change in an Individual

All in all, hypnotherapy WORKS!
